Allo customers can now use Apple Business Chat


Dnipro, 8 april, 2020 — Allo announces that customers can now use Apple Business Chat, a new way for users to communicate directly with Allo using the Messages app on Apple devices.

Apple Business Chat makes communicating with Allo as easy as messaging a friend, so we expect it will quickly be adopted and preferred by our customers.”

Allo's customers can use Apple Business Chat to consult with the operator of the Allo contact center, to get a link to a specific product, to search for stores address, to view current promotional offers in particular product categories, to check their order status. With Business Chat, customers can always reach a live person and are always in control of whether they share any contact information with a business.

To start an Apple Business Chat conversation, customers can tap the Messages icon on Allo’s app, available in the App Store. In iOS 13, when a user taps to call Allo, iOS offers a suggestion to start a Business Chat instead. If they choose message, a conversation with Allo agents will open instantly in the Messages app, and users can take their time responding when it’s convenient.

Effected second half of March 2020, client can easily start a dialogue in Apple Business Chat on Allo website by hitting the Apple Business Chat icon, which would be placed at the bottom of the main page.

Apple Business Chat is available in beta for users and businesses worldwide and is built into iOS 11.3 and higher. The new chat suggestions feature is available with iOS 13 and higher. For more information visit:

The project was implemented based on Corezoid Process Engine together with Allo digital transformation partner – Middleware Inc. (the USA). Corezoid was certified by Apple to work as a Communication Service Provider for Apple Business Chat.
