ALLO became the first retailer in Ukraine to launch support for Google’s Business Messages on the Corezoid Bot Platform. The new solution allows users to start chatting with ALLO directly from Google Maps.

The project was implemented based on Corezoid Process Engine together with Allo digital transformation partner – Middleware Inc. (the USA). Corezoid was certified by Apple to work as a Communication Service Provider for Apple Business Chat.
