iBox Bank and Middleware Inc. announced the beginning of cooperation

April 22, 2020, Kyiv. – Middleware Inc. (the USA) and iBoxBank (Ukraine) announced the beginning of cooperation aimed at creation of a digital platform for online banking.

“We plan to build modern mobile applications (iOS, Android) and a website to serve our customers, – says Dmitry Yakovlev, Head of Retail. – At first, our strategy will be based on a debit card product with the ability to easily make payments to thousands of recipients in Ukraine and worldwide. Thanks to working with an extensive network of iBox terminals, we gained strong competence in managing the partner network and providing excellent customer experience. In the future, we will also be able to set competitive credit limits on cards based on data coming from the payments made by our customers. We’ll also be working on a strong loyalty program.”

The digital core of the future iBoxBank will be built together with a technology partner – Middleware Inc. company. The bank plans to use Corezoid Process Engine, Sender Communication Engine, Deepmemo Rules Engine, Control.events technologies.
