VARUS is Now Available on Apple Business Chat

Dnipro, 26 March, 2020 — today VARUS has announced its availability to customers via Apple Business Chat, a new way for users to communicate directly with businesses using the Messages app on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
“We are thrilled to offer Apple Business Chat, which gives us a powerful and engaging direct connection with our customers,” said Oleg Spirin, VARUS Chief Data Officer.
“A lot of our customers use iOS, and we always want to exceed their expectations while they experience VARUS shopping. Apple Business Chat makes communicating with VARUS as easy as messaging a friend, so we expect it will quickly become our customers’ preferred customer service channel.”
VARUS customers can use Apple Business Chat to contact a live agent to ask a question, manage VARUS card, get recent promos and locate the nearest store. To start an Apple Business Chat, customers can tap the Messages icon on VARUS website. A conversation with VARUS agents will open instantly in the Messages app, and users can take their time responding when it’s convenient.
Apple Business Chat is available in beta for users and businesses worldwide, and is built into iOS 11.3 and higher. For more information please visit: apple.com/ios/business-chat. The project was implemented based on Corezoid Process Engine together with VARUS digital transformation partner – Middleware Inc. (the USA). Corezoid was certified by Apple to work as a Communication Service Provider for Apple Business Chat.
